Our Ender 3V2 with minor updates is a workhorse that never quits.
Heres my ender3v2 printer with a few simple mods.
A) First one I did was add jewelry to make her beautiful.
V-slot covers- many variations search thigiverse.
B) Filament feed was very jerky. I added a spool holder
C) I found the filament still didn't feed smoothly. Added filament guides.
D) All metal feeder from creality (no crap knock off)
The machine comes with an extruder that has plastic feed release sping handle. The extruder arm will break eventally. .
E) Capricorn Bowden PTFE tube : Capricorn Bowden
Came with my all metal feeder. Not required to replace but it is a nice upgrade to install while replacing the extruder.
F) SD exstension cable- easy card access
Those are the major mods I did. Nothing fancy like BLTouch I can level just fine manually. I dont have to do it often stays pretty much where I set it.
I may add an all metal hot end in the future. But my printer & I are happy using pla+
There is also a variety of other jewels I added:
-Frame on control panel
-Clips to secure bowden tubes
-Ender Dragon logo
-Motor cover w/ dragon logo
-Drawer to hold stainless nozzles
-Extra sd card storage
Clips to hold light cord
-Ikea LED light mounted on the enclosure
-Enclosure, unnecessary to print PLA, PLA+ and similar filament. Our rig is in the cellar which is great for fresh veggies or wine but not so great on electronics.
-Arrow quides so I know which way to turn leveler knobs and extruder in/out feed
-Blue tooth Pan/Tilt camera
