Housing getting crushed by slide. Pf940sc issues Pt2.

I just put in a new housing that I removed from my Geisler, as this issue happened to me before. I was racking my build w/ new housing and decided to take a photo of my entire frame before and after. Luckily I did, and captured these photos. I honestly donโ€™t know what to do. This builds been giving me issues for so long, and I thought I had fixed it by putting a tiny piece of paper behind my housing to eliminate any wiggling. I canโ€™t just ignore this issue as my housing is literally breaking into pieces. I need help, any help is appreciated ๐Ÿ˜Š Iโ€™ve tried almost everything, from shimming my housing, removing the shim, getting a new housing, this issue still persists..


Disassembled the frame just now to see if I had assembled anything wrong, and I hadnโ€™t.

Gen 4 slides don't work on Gen 3 frames. Gen 4 slides are wider.

If anyone is disgusted by some of the 3D printed magwells (not for lack of trying) for sale like I am the SLR magwell is second to none. Theyโ€™re a little pricey at $80 each but worth every penny for the fitment , aesthetics, function you get in return. The CNC tolerances are incredibly tight. I started to wonder if they sent out the wrong item because it took me about 5 minutes just to get it to fit as soon as you get the right angle it slips on no problem. Iโ€™d highly recommend SLR for the PF45 magwell. Iโ€™ve also purchased some AR platform gas blocks which are the best out there next to Geissele in my opinion. Their gas blocks dimpling jig makes quick work out of a job that can be a pain in the neck as well. This is the link for their magwell.

Glock Builder

Big issue on my latest build

Been putting this final build together, has been a rollercoaster, from having an out of spec locking block (which I had to file down the crossbar..) And eventually now, when I thought everything was ready and to go to the range, I noticed a big issue.

I noticed that whenever I pulled/depressed the trigger, my housing seemed to be moving up and down??? My slide also moves slightly side-to-side.

Took this video to show. Is this normal? If not what causes this? Iโ€™m confused as this has never happened to me before.

Update: I swapped in my Geisler's trigger housing block (also an OEM marinegunbuilder G19 Gen 3 LPK with a gen 5 ejector) and put in spring etc, got it seated and put my pin in.... long story short it still wiggles up and down.. AND now is moving forward and backwards when trigger is depressed?? WTF? I always go all OEM on my builds and I'm super surprised I'm having this issue.

I changed just the part included in the photo below. I kept the same trigger and bar.

MGB kindly offered to send me a new housing, but IDK if that will help unless my issue is correlated to the trigger bar/trigger?

Also, I can't remove my Geisler's trigger pin to get the trigger out, as it seems to be stuck in there. I've hammered the shit out of it while wiggling the slide stop lever but to no avail. So this means I can't test and see if the issue is correlated to the trigger bar/trigger.
