Glock Builder

Hi guys just wanted to know if anyone knew what this was? My buddy said it was his dad's and they found it in his dad's storage. He said it was a colt. I'm not sure what it is but I told him if he could find an upper for it he could restore it. If anyone is familiar with what this is please reach out! If this isn't allowed please delete.
